Sunshine S.L. was founded in the Costa Blanca over 37 years ago, under German management. The business specialises in renting and managing holiday homes for tourists. We offer a selection of both villas and apartments.

All our villas have their own swimming pools and are bathed in the charm of Mediterranean design. The homes are located in Altea, Calpe, Alfaz del Pi, Albir, La Nucia and Villajoyosa; the distance from the towns to the beach is between 500 metres and 6 km (in a straight line).

Sunshine is made up of a multi-lingual and highly qualified team, which will take care of everything you need to make sure your holidays are a special experience.

You can bring your pet, although you must let us know in advance. An extra bed can also be added to the homes, but you need to ask us previously.
