The houses are near the beach (between 500 m and 6 km) or near the mountain. The size of our chalets are usually between 95 and 120 m2. They have 4 furnished bedrooms, with 1 or 2 beds per room. <\/strong> The houses have 2 full bathrooms. 1 Living room perfectly ready to comfortably watch television (in many cases via satellite). In all our houses there is a washing machine. The largest chalets have two or three floors with separate entrances. <\/span><\/p>\n At Sunshine <\/b> we care about the comfort of our guests, therefore our houses for 8 people <\/strong> <\/span> < b> come fully furnished. <\/b> All our chalets are equipped with well-preserved furniture. With a rustic style decoration <\/strong> so that our clients feel comfortable, when it comes to enjoying the tranquility they deserve. <\/span><\/p>\n You read that right! All <\/span> our chalets have a private pool <\/b> of approximately 8×4 meters. The holiday villa has <\/span> a large private garden <\/b> to enjoy the Costa Blanca sun. In addition, all the houses <\/span> have a furnished terrace <\/b> where you can relax for hours. Some of our chalets even have sea views.
